Below you will find the complete coursework requirements. Please read them carefully and ensure full compliance before initiating your project. Should you have any questions, I encourage you to consult with me during my office hours or via email.

📄 Coursework Requirements

The coursework should be between 15 and 30 standard pages of plain text (excluding the title page, appendices, and bibliography). Use Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and normal A4 page margins. Page numbers should be at the bottom right corner, and body text should be justified.

Structurally, the coursework must include:

Title page
Table of contents, and, where applicable, table of figures and captions
Main body (structured in sections and subsections)
Conclusion – including findings and recommendations
Reference List (of cited sources)

The coursework must be submitted as a PDF with an automatically generated table of contents that enables direct navigation to each section.

📚 Citation Requirements

All sources must be cited according to the APA citation style. A minimum of 15 reputable sources is required, including:

At least 3 papers by authors from the Department of Industrial Business at UNWE
At least 2 papers by other UNWE-affiliated authors
All online sources must follow APA format including the date of access

It is highly recommended to use citation management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero to assist you in organizing references and formatting citations correctly.
